Why we exist

The help was always out there. Finding it was the hard part.

Across San Antonio, families were solving this the same improvised way: a name passed along at church, a neighbour's cousin, a number written on the back of a receipt. It worked — until it didn't. Someone moved. Someone stopped answering. And the search started over, usually on the worst possible week.

The national care sites weren't built for this. They ask for a monthly subscription before you've met anyone, hand you a list of strangers from three counties away, and leave the vetting entirely to you — at the exact moment you have the least time and the most worry.

So we built the thing our neighbours kept describing: one place, local to San Antonio, where the people offering help have already been reviewed and approved, the price is on the screen before you commit, and booking someone for Tuesday morning takes minutes instead of weeks.

Our helpers

You should know who is knocking.

Every helper on Cavely Care applies, submits their information, and is reviewed and approved by us before they can accept a single booking. Nobody appears in the app just by signing up.

They arrive in the uniform you see here, so the person at your parent's door is immediately recognisable — no guessing, no wondering.

And if English isn't the easiest language in the house, the app has a live translator built in. Your parent speaks, the helper hears it in their own language, and the conversation keeps going. Nobody has to nod along politely at something they didn't understand.

From $27/hr. No subscription, no platform fee, and no minimum number of hours to unlock a normal rate.

Payment you can trace

Every booking is paid through Stripe and recorded in the app. No cash changing hands at the door.
